Disappointing USB Hub for Computers

Based on my observations, this USB hub fails to deliver on its promises. While it has a sleek design, its functionality falls short. The hub constantly disconnects and fails to recognize devices. The only redeeming quality is the USB-C PD, but even that is not enough to justify the high price tag. Overall, I would not recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable USB hub.

Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.

I managed to take it before the raises, so itโ€™s normal, then the price flew 2 times, but for the over-price, I would hardly have taken it. They position themselves at Apple's quality levels hence the price apparently. If you plan to connect a monitor, check right away, if anything, you have 14 days (well, or 7 if you took it on the Internet) to return it. Pros: Stylish, pleasant to hold in your hand, it feels like a good thing. Specifically, my copy does not heat up practically, a little warmโ€ฆ

[5 stars for customer service] Durability sucks, broke after 5 months. Buyer Warning!

[EDIT REVIEW] I've contacted support and it seems that sometimes you need to reset your USB-C ports, which is also a limitation of standard USB-C. In any case, the support team advised me to follow a simple procedure and the adapter is working again. Why doesn't Satechi publish this manual? Or part of the frequently asked questions when buying an adapter? At the end of the day the customer service is amazing and that is the reason for the 5 stars. ------ First of all I was very happy with myโ€ฆ
