This is the second tin of Satin Smooth Double Wax that I have purchased for my business. The previous one lasted about 5 years and was used every day. Eventually the heating coil burned out on one side so we still use the other side which serves as a wax backup tank. I like double wax baths because we do face and body waxes in my salon. I bought it as a starter kit for a beautician school. Wax/products are not intended for sensitive skin. The pot itself is great and a good starter kit, but be very careful if you have sensitive skin as you will likely flare up within a few days. Also, it doesn't contain hard wax, just two types of soft wax, and pink is the one I had the most trouble with, but that's just a matter of preference. I really like that it comes with a tool to lift the hot wax jar and a place to store it.
