👟 Zealot 2 Running Shoe by Saucony - Unisex-Adult Review

Nice looking shoe and we buy Saucony a lot because it's a good shoe for our whole family. BUT. People should be aware that these are low heel shoes that are NOT generally recommended for children. My daughter got into sports because her feet were so sore and she found out it was because these shoes had a slight offset. I take full responsibility because I should have known better but I don't understand why they made these shoes for kids in the first place.

The first pair I bought for my daughter didn't fit well. The elastics on the pants came undone and the laces began to fray. I contacted Revain and they sent me another pair for free. The second pair lasted a little longer than the first. But this time, the sides where the laces are threaded began to tear, and the bottom peeled off. I didn't contact Revain for the 2nd pair because I'm too lazy. They barely made it to the end of the school year 2 months after I bought them.

I ordered them 2.5 wide for my 8 year old son. He doesn't usually wear baggy clothing, but I noticed that Saucony's shoes are pretty thin. My son changes around 5-6 pairs of sneakers a year and these have been his favorites so far. Other brands wear out after 2-3 months, but Saucony lasts an average of around 4 months per pair.
