Saucony Zealot Purple Little Girls' Running Shoes Review

The first pair I bought for my daughter didn't last. The elastics on the pants came undone and the laces began to fray. I contacted Revain and they sent me another pair for free. The second pair lasted a little longer than the first. But this time, the sides where the laces are threaded began to tear, and the bottom peeled off. I didn't contact Revain for the 2nd pair because I'm too lazy. They barely made it to the end of the school year 2 months after I bought them.

I have seen comments from other people that this shoe/brand is short on space and that was the main reason I ordered this shoe. My son always ties his shoelaces so tight that his shoes wrinkle, so I looked for tight shoes. That fits the bill! As an added bonus, they hold up well to daily running as he has trained in triathlons and competed in cross-country runs. He runs at least 10 miles a week and the structure of the shoe is still okay. I ordered these 2.5 inch wide running shoes for my 8 year old son. He doesn't usually wear baggy clothing, but I noticed that Saucony's shoes are pretty thin. My son changes around 5-6 pairs of sneakers a year and these have been his favorites so far. Other brands wear out after 2-3 months, but Saucony lasts an average of around 4 months per pair.
