Easy setup. Sometimes the sound doesn't turn on because the TV needs to be connected to the soundbar. As with most electronic devices, a reset is required, which is simple enough. I also have a Visio Smart TV which probably helped with the easy setup. I'm not rating the Bluetooth connectivity because I don't use Bluetooth.

If you are a true music lover this might not be for you. But I'm 66 and my hearing isn't the same. But to my ears, the thing sounds great. Easy installation and configuration. This is my first time using an HDMI ARC connection. Love it. The soundbar turns on with my Sony TV. The sound separation is incredible. And I saved a lot of money with a refurbished device that came in its original packaging.

I bought the updated version which saved me about $60. Everything was new and well packed. The sound quality is amazing, but I wish the satellite speakers could handle a little more sound than they do. This package is a good deal and sounds great, but certainly no comparison to my $1,000 Sony surround sound that my ex-wife threw in the trash. Not the best option in the long term. I was having trouble with the audio mute and had to figure out why the audio stopped working and why I couldn't use the remote to control the soundbar. I used this in a 12ft x 12ft room. easy installation. hooked it up to my old Samsung TV with CFL. The optics didn't work. Tried it on a new TCL TV. the optical still didn't work.
