Honestly thought I was getting the whole remote with the electronics on. Didn't even see that there were no electronics included, which is a $17 scam.

I had to cut out the inside of the battery a bit. Also, I had an issue with the lock button not working properly. After installing the circuit board in them it works great. The new rubber hitting the contacts did the job.

Both my remotes stopped working, batteries replaced and still nothing, I was able to get one to work if I pushed hard but it just got that way unlocked I have replaced both outer covers and both work like NEW!

The lock button on my old key fob worked about 25% of the time. I bought these TWO for $6.95 and replaced the internals with a new keychain and I haven't had a single problem! Lock the doors every time. The Chevy store asked for $100 to fix the problem. Thank you Rewin!

When I changed the board it didn't close! After spending TIME trying to close it, I found that the plastic around the battery prevented it from closing properly. I even cut off part of the pad thinking that was why it wasn't closing properly. waste of money! I want my money back!

I don't like that the fact that they have NO electronics wasn't made clearer. A complete waste of money. Extremely dissatisfied Plus a large piece of plastic from the molding process along the way so I can't put my old electronics in without cutting out that piece of plastic. It's totally useless.

What I liked the most was that you can use it now. Least of all I liked that the case didn't close with the battery inside! The battery compartment is surrounded by additional plastic that prevents the case from closing. After removing the "extra" plastic with a knife and needle nose pliers, the battery stood up properly and the case closed as it should.
