QUICKLY LOOSENS AND LIFTS: The bubbling of this powerful liquid lift and loosens stubborn burnt-on food, carbonized grease and food soil upon contact with the hot griddle for easy removal. SAFE ON FOOD CONTACT: Surfaces with no fumes or strong chemical smells. Formulated with ingredients that are considered “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) in food by the U.S. FDA. SIMPLER AND SAFER: System for cleaning up flat top griddles in half the time of traditional cleaning products. SAFE FOR FOOD SURFACES: Surfaces free of smoke or strong chemical odors when used in combination with 3M Scotchbright Griddle

It's a bit pricey, but it's a one-time package. Don't worry about half of the liquid leaking out. Easily tearable packaging. One pack quickly did the job of a 24-inch pan. No sharp/pungent smell, I've been working in the kitchen with a strong pan cleaner and the stuff is barely noticeable on the nose. Get rid of annoying burnt-in stains with the 3M pan sponge.

Really works when used as intended.

I've been using this cleaning fluid for years and I'm always amazed at how well it cleans our flat grill. The packaging says the grill should be hot (around 350) which is absolutely correct, the performance of this cleaner will vary day and night if you try to only use it on a warm surface. Cleaning is pretty easy, relatively speaking, as cleaning the grill was really "easy", but I like it the best compared to other methods I've used.
