I thought I'd buy a premium brand name tape because I figured it was worth paying the extra to avoid any problems take risk. Unfortunately, the tape came off the boxes after a few days. The result was hours of wasted post-processing time and a lot of frustration. If we didn't see the problem, we would also have a lot of broken items if the boxes didn't hold up. It may have been a bad batch but now I'm fed up with this brand and not just this particular product.

The package I received has details in the metric ("safety up to 36 soms!”) and a stamp dated 11/21/2018. The packaging also says copyright 3M 2018. So it's old. It's also longer than expected at 75m per roll so I shouldn't complain too much. The part number on the box is 3500-2-1RD-AU-75, indicating it is for Australia. Haven't used it yet but I'm leaving this information for now as I'll be busy and distracted packing and moving. I hope age doesn't affect the adhesive on the tape.

Received today. It can be used to seal boxes for moving. The tape holds up really well. The dispenser leaves a lot to be desired. It's thin and if you apply pressure while you're taping, the dispenser won't let the tape come out. To be honest my shop bought a regular packing tape dispenser which is much stronger than this one.
