I've been using this kit for a while now and it's pretty decent. You will receive some plastic tongue scrapers as well as 2 metal tongue scrapers. I have to admit that I like the metal ones better because they work more thoroughly. You need to wash it with soap and water after each use to disinfect it, otherwise dirt will stick on it. They are quite effective, mostly made of metal. The plastic ones work well but don't remove as much dirt in one scratch.
