Ideal for hard to reach areas of an itchy back

I love these back scratchers! Have one at the top and one at the bottom. Indispensable in winter for hard-to-reach itchy spots on the back. I love the extension, not too sharp and not too soft. Precisely! Gave it as a gift and loved it too.

The rear comb falls apart when extended and no longer holds together.

You must be VERY careful when pulling out the handle. It falls apart easily and then the pins holding it together loosen and it no longer holds together. It would be nice if you just gently pull the wand out once, put some tape on the joints for extra strength, and just leave it pulled out. However, if you plan on using the telescopic tube in and out frequently, it will inevitably fall apart.

Finally a back pick that won't tear my skin

Me was pleasantly surprised at how it looks because most of these retractable back scratchers look like they will break with very little force. This is very durable. I even used it to grab a box of Kcup coffee from the top shelf while shopping because the box was out of my reach. Scratching my back makes me feel great without tearing my skin. I've been using mine for about three months now and so far so good. The handle did not disengage from the claw.
