Clear sound with no distortion, like a quality product. Children abuse them for a while with no problem. Prevents all headphones from breaking when they put their phones or controllers on their laps while gaming.

Ordered 2 packs of red for visibility, they looked, felt great, sounded good IF you get the connection. .Plug end no problem. Since both had the same problem, they decided to return and bought alternative adapters.

I bought this because there are no longer any decent headsets with square plugs and to reduce the chance of breaking the headset jack in the phone. Luckily there were two of them, because one works with everything, the other only with a player and hardly any phone of an outdated model.

Adapters work but have problems. Initially, the volume fell by around 20%. I would almost describe it as a loss of loyalty. The sound just doesn't sound that rich. On my iPhone 6s, the male side of the adapter is not 100% secure. So sometimes the sound doesn't play unless I unplug and plug in the adapter. If I had to do it again I wouldn't buy them.

I originally got this as an extension for my Android phone but the tip kept falling out with normal movement. Even when listening to music, which I do on the way to work, it has lost some of the sound quality in the bass range. I ended up using them as laptop headphone extensions as my headphones have a straight plug. I would recommend a different brand of extension cord or a longer pair of headphones.

Great product I have been using for about a year. My Skull Candy headphones sound great, but the cable broke after about 3 months from putting the phone in my pocket (the cable was bent too much). This little dongle attaches to the back of the phone and takes care of all the abuse, so the headphone cords are now forever. Now I can use the same wired headphones since I bought them!

These adapters damaged my phone's headphone jack. When you first get them, you will find that it takes more force than usual to fully connect them. After using this adapter on my phone for about a week, I noticed that my regular headphone jack doesn't stay secure when plugged in. Now one of my headphones, earbuds, etc. is slipping out. I'm forced to use bluetooth headphones now as any movement causes the wired headphones to slip off and stop the audio.

I use my laptop as a desktop replacement and rarely take it with me. I'm right handed and my audio jack is on the front right side of my laptop and it interferes with trackball use. It barely protrudes from the sides and directs the cable straight back, which solves the problem. It looks high quality, I didn't notice any difference in the sound with headphones. I also have angle adapters for USB, power and HDMI. That makes it very nice on my desk.
