I like that it's available on both my Mac and PC and allows me to log into our server (which is located in another state) from anywhere. It also has many useful features such as having multiple profiles for different users so that I can have different workflows depending on who I'm working with. The best thing about this product is that it allows you as an individual user control what software can be used by other people who use different computers within my network! You do not have complete control over certain programs such as Photoshop or PowerPoint when using another computer on our local area (LAN). For us its been great - their customer service has been fantastic and their technical support team is super helpful. They have been able to assist us in multiple scenarios with unique requirements.
