It is easy to use and it has a lot of features which are very helpful for our business. I am using it for my work and it helps me in securing my important files. I have not had any issues with this software so far. The customer support team is also very responsive. I would say that it is a good product but there can be some improvement in terms of UI and user experience. It's very fast for file transfer between networked computers! I like how simple it was set up with my computer (Mac OSX) using File Sharing from iCloud/iTunes - no special software needed!!
