Comfortable and beautiful bracelet. My current favourite.

The original Seiko strap has great style and holds the watch in place with some discomfort towards the end of the day. Smooth silicone straps are more comfortable, but they also don't hold the watch in place. Expensive, heavy bracelets look great but are stiff and uncomfortable at the end of the day. For me, this bracelet is the solution. It's very light and flexible, so it conforms to the shape of your wrist and keeps the watch in place. It does so with less discomfort than heavier bracelets…

Imperfectly Perfect

Loud, Wobbly, Wobbly and Perfect! There is no more comfortable bracelet. Bought for the Japanese made SKX009J (Pepsi) which only comes with a ridiculous rubber strap. The Japanese version is slightly better and costs a few dollars more, but it doesn't come with the Jubilee bracelet. 009 looks incredible paired with this piece. There are other, more solid Jubilee and Oyster bracelets available for this watch, but they cost 2-3 times as much and are usually shipped from far away Asia. I've heard…

Goes perfectly with my 1982 Pepsi diving watch 7S26 Movement

I bought my watch new in 1982 on the stock exchange. These are great watches. I have had to replace the strap 3 times over the years. After a while, the fasteners wear out and can be easily loosened. This Seiko anniversary band fits perfectly and looks great on the watch. It's heavy, slim and has a finish to match the watch. Including 2 new spring bars. My wrist is 7.25 inches in diameter. I had to remove a link and it took about 10 minutes with my watch band tools. The band is still a little…

Complements my SRPD

I bought this along with a super anniversary strapcode for my SRPD61. Strapcode (V-shaped clasp) was very heavy, very strong. I would have kept it but the end connection holes didn't line up with the lug holes on the SRPD. This anniversary bracelet from SEIKO looks similar, is slightly more flexible and much lighter. This bracelet is great, but not perfect right away. The end links need some adjustment (read: flex) to match the flex of the SRPD body. Another more important issue when installing

The whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this bracelet due to various negative reviews. Everyone has the right to their opinion. But anyone who scolds this bracelet and gives it 1 star is wrong! If someone is trying to say that there are better third-party bracelets, that may be true, but you're paying twice what this bracelet is worth. Some complain about the chime assembly, but this is an anniversary bracelet. What they miss is that the bracelet is very comfortable. It just wraps around your wrist…

I wouldn't touch this strap with a 10ft pole. The first day I put it on everything started fine. Looked great with the watch. Later that day, I was at the grocery store and I reached out to open the freezer door. The watch's strap literally fell apart when I tugged on it, and the spring pin holding the watch to the strap flew into oblivion, and my Seiko fell to the ground, shattering the glass case. I am very disappointed as it was a gift from someone who recently passed away and now it is…

Perfect Seiko Strap

I bought the Seiko skx007 just after I found out they were being discontinued. The particular watch I bought came with a standard rubber strap which in itself is AMAZING but I wanted an anniversary soon after. It fits my watch like it was made for it! Guess why? It WAS made for that. The end links align smoothly and fit perfectly around the body radius. I mean just great. Some people complain about the bracelet rattling or that it has hollow end links and curved center links and so on. Rolex…

New life for an old friend.

After years of wearing various gym equipment, harnesses etc I have changed jobs and no longer have a health savings account to accumulate credit. I was tired of wearing plastic gizmos on my wrist and decided it was time to put on a real men's watch again. After I started shopping around for different watches, it occurred to me that my trusty Seiko 7002-7001 dive watch was languishing in a drawer with a cracked black strap. I bought the watch in Sydney, Australia in 1990, have made hundreds of…
