The straps are the right width for the person I bought them as a gift but ordered them a little long but the leather is quite elastic, the protrusion was easy to trim. Length and belt still look great

great belt! I was very surprised at the quality of this belt given the price. It's a nice color (although lighter/lighter than the belt in the photo) and good quality; I wear mine to work in the office business style. The sizes seem a bit big but I blasted an extra hole in mine which is good (I bought M/L because there's only S/M and M/L to choose from - thought I'd go up Play safe and increase the belts if it got small; he can't be small!).
