Serta Style Ashland Home Office Chair: Sleek White Bonded Leather Comfort Review

I bought this chair in February 2020 and it's already falling apart. Poor design from the start with an overhanging seat cushion. Not comfortable at all and the pillow has already fallen apart. Don't buy this chair!

This is my favorite chair! I was concerned about a couple of reviews that said the seat wasn't made of memory foam because comfort was what I wanted. I definitely have memory foam. It's much more comfortable than others I've had. The assembly went well. 30 minutes or less for a beginner alone.

This is a great office chair. The chair seat itself is comfortable and supportive. The wheels don't seem to spin, but I have it on a hardwood floor, not a table mat. I also got a tip once walking from the table to the nearest cupboard, so I'm a little more careful now. I think I'll swap out the wheels for the other "legs" of the chair that came with the kit.

The chair is easy to assemble but poor quality. The chair cushion is not memory foam as advertised. The cushion is hard not soft like memory foam. I opened it up The cushion zipper checked the contents and found that it was made of cheap foam with a cardboard pad in the middle.The seat does not mold like memory foam and is uncomfortable to sit on.Very disappointed with the purchase.

Despite the good performance, I was mostly disappointed with the looks. The seams were crooked and uneven. The seat cushion was too big for the seat so it was sticking out. Also, I noticed another comment that its base is too small causing it to tip over on a person. Later, of course, he flipped over to me. Of course I stretched a bit, but I figured the chair would at least stay upright.
