I have back problems. I tried unsuccessfully to find a comfortable chair at home; I don't go shopping because of these problems. I dared with this chair and was rewarded for the effort. Now I can sit comfortably at the computer. However, I wanted more. I have ordered a second chair for my living room and I am happy to report that it has worked very well. (Much better than the chair I turned down.) It got 4 stars out of 5 simply because it would be nice if the chair reclined a bit.

Nice color and comfortable Serta office chair. The price was great too. However, the pneumatic seat height adjustment failed after 3 months. Inserting a short piece of PVC pipe helped keep the chair at the desired height. The armrests also cracked and peeled off within a few months. The glued skin began to peel off after a year. This chair is in my home office and has not been abused. The attached photos show how much the glued leather has deteriorated. My original "great price" became terrible

I've had the chair for a week now and it's great so far. At first I thought the chair looked a bit small, when I assembled it the backrest was a bit shorter than I expected. I'm 5'11" tall and when I sit up straight I can't rest my head on the back of the seat, but that wasn't a big deal to me. The feel of the chair itself was very comfortable. I'm through with my old chair replaced this one because the old chair would be so uncomfortable that I would keep rearranging my seat all day.This chair

I really wanted my nice, comfortable leather office chair, but it arrived in pieces! I couldn't believe it. There's no way I could put something like this together. It looked like a box of craft toys or something. Luckily my neighbor saw this and agreed to assemble it for me because I would definitely be sending the chair BACK! as it was in the photo. Box arrived open and damaged. Fortunately, the product itself was not damaged. After about 45 minutes of assembly, I noticed the poor build quality of this chair. For 200€ I expected more. You can clearly see where they use a spray can all over the base and sides to paint them silver. This chair is also NOT real leather and will fade and peel over time. I received this chair after a herniated disc in my spine. The chair is fantastic, the leather feels soft and supple and the construction, although plastic, is high quality. This chair far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy that we were able to purchase it at this price. It's worth it if you need an office chair with lumbar support. I sat in it 8 hours a day and it held up and my back didn't hurt as much as it did on the hardwood dining room chair. Definitely worth the price and…
