The zipper is not broken. read the instructions! The instructions clearly state to use a paperclip or something similar to unpack. super easy!

The quality is much better than I expected. The foam is pretty thick. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. You can't tell from the photo, but it's minky fabric, not fleece. And what's even cuter is that it has a subtle print of a tiny sheep on it. Definitely exceeds my expectations as I've had a very weak one in the past. this is a great purchase!

Sofa itself is OK but the zipper on the cover is terrible. It doesn't have a pull tab, which would make it difficult to do on your own. But the flash itself didn't work at all. We finally made it, but I think we're so stuck now. Can't clean up. I wanted to get an exchange, but the only option is to return everything. I don't get it in the box and I don't pay any shipping costs. I advise against buying if everyone is like that.

Received today as a Christmas present for my 11 month old baby. It's very soft and comfortable. The zipper isn't broken like it should be so the kid won't unzip it! I only gave 3 stars because I paid $55 for it! I would have expected the sewing to be better but there are some pretty crappy threads and I'm pretty sure they will fall apart after washing. I bought a protection plan that will hopefully cover this issue.

I've probably bought 10 baby sofa beds in my life, I usually buy my kids a character marshmallow brand and that's good, no Great. Cons: 1. You have to install each foam piece by piece as it's difficult to get it nice and fit. 2. It doesn't work well and needs to be reset. Pros: The foam is thicker than character-themed brands and it's much more comfortable to sleep on. 2. Much wider 3. Very soft 4. Side pocket is ideal for books, toys and iPad.
