Chairs arrived ahead of schedule to our advantage.After we assembled it my son accidentally broke one of the chair leg and we asked Lin-Xin to help us get an spare leg. Oliver from Lin-Xin replied within minutes telling us that they will send us a spare leg for free.They just not only send the spare. They also followed up to ensure that everything was good. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and how fast the responses were.

Comments:I love the chairs. They were everything I wanted. I didn't pay attention to the different size screws and made a mistake using the wrong size on different chairs. One chair leg broke. I didn't know what to do so I reached out to the seller. The seller was responsive. Sent me a replace for free and extra legs to fix the problem.

These chairs are a fairly well made and might be a little expensive but I feel like they are worth the price we paid. The cushioning is good, a lot softer than our older chairs we had and the assembly is pretty straight forward. They were easy to put together and are very comfortable. May be prone to scuff marks or other damage. The accent pulls and studs really snake them up!

I ordered 2 sets of these chairs, which were very exspensive, and neither set came with the legs. My mom helped me unbox the items, and I was very embarrased! I expected better because of the quality of the pictures and customer satisfction that was posted. I wouldn't recommend.Update: My husband found the legs. Please make sure you unzip the zipper under the chair.

These chairs were ok just didn’t fit my home. Unfortunately return shipping wasn’t included so I had to pay $117 to return them- wont make that mistake again!

I purchased 6 chairs for our Tommy Bahama dining room table. We had just moved 3,000 miles and the old chairs would not fit into the moving truck. I was very skeptical that these chairs would work, but I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is excellent and I have received "wow!" compliments from family and friends.
