Poor quality, good customer service

Overall I like these containers and the customer service is great. I purchased them to send snacks to daycare with my toddler. The size is right. We use them fully open and at the collpased size. They are lightweight.However, they are not great quality. The first set I got the plug on the top the lid of one was broken. Given these are for a toddler it is a choking hazard. This is where customer service was responsive and I got an entire replacement pack. In that pack three out of the four lids…

Love it so much I bought another set!

Love it so much I bought another set! Both my husband and son pack their lunches for work. They no longer use my old Rubbermaid hard plastic containers. They use these all the time! They are easy to clean, collapse, and do great in the dishwasher.

Pros
  • Perfect for home or travel. They fold flat for storage and are light weight.
Cons
  • Floppy pain to use, and not really space efficient to store, meh. Lids really a pain to put on.

Careful with liquid contents

When I tried to put the top on after filling with salsa it tried to collapse. Be careful. Solid leftovers were good. Love how small they get for the cabinet.

Must have for a small space

I really like these. They are collapsible, so, they take up very little space. Because they are collapsible, you can snap the lids on, and they still take up very little space. This means no more hunting for lids. The lids snap on easily. They are leak proof, and they clean up easily and in the dishwasher. Perfect.

Leaks with side pressure - NOT backpack worthy.

With only a little pressure on the soft silicone, air and liquids come out. I wanted to use this to take lunches to work in a backpack. I like the idea. The lid needs to seal over or inside the hard lip so it seals regardless of external forces. Also the plastic tabs aren't perfectly flat, do flex, and could catch on other items. I returned mine.

  • Stack really well making them great for coolers. I use them for chopped veggies and fruit while camping.

Hold over 1 cup comfortably

I was unsure of the size when I ordered it. It is small. A full 1.25 cups fit fine, with 1.5 the water spills when the lid is put on.

That they look pretty in your cabinets

What I don’t like about this item is that when you put food inside them When you go to open them again it spills some food out Like they collapse. That’s they only thing I dislike.

audor and taste "stick " to the containers and are impossible to remove

When in a bag, the food audor "swamps" the bag though no leakage.And afterwards, even with cold food, the smells stick.I tried dishwashing, and boiling with a capsule of dishwasher soap, and storing coffee -- all to "fight off" smells of onion or garlic (stored some salad), or yogurt. Alas, to no avail. The smells just kind of "add up" to a total smell of a garbage container 😢. Unacceptable for storing food.I was ok with the size, and collapsiblity, and even with the not 100% airtight - but…

Lid broke, won’t seal

These in theory would work great…in practice they’re terrible. One of them didn’t last a single month before the top didn’t clip correctly.
