Love the concept and price of this shoe rack. The reason for the one star rating is that where the poles connect to the bracket, the poles themselves are too small and the junction on the bracket is too large. Therefore, the bars fall out easily. There should be end caps on each end of the bar so the fit is tight and stays assembled. I'll have to get creative to find a way to hold the device together.
