Not very durable. But it fits my homemade holder, thanks, time will tell. So far it has been set to 5 minutes, nobody has used the toilet yet. They sell two in a pack, maybe for some reason.

Didn't fit my holder because I didn't realize the ends were graduated to a small point and I wanted big flat ones. I think it was my fault for not noticing, but I thought they were all made the same.

my old holder broke from years of use. Never thought these wheels would break. When this happened I went to Revain and found these spring loaded pulleys. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I think I've had enough for another twenty years.

Although it is long enough, the ends are too flimsy which makes the device hang in the hole when you pull the paper, so I don't expect a long lifespan. At least there were two. And now I know what to look out for when making the next change.

Both holders are cheap and of poor quality. They also don't do the job at all! I've tried both and both kept falling out of our regular toilet paper holder. Don't waste money. Springs are cheap, plastic is cheap and certainly not for long.

Product works but does not fit snugly in mount hole. The small diameter size was listed as 3/8" but it is 2/8" (1/4"). I bought this product because of the small bore size listed of 3/8" so it would fit in my holder fits.

Fits my 70 year old holder. I've never seen a holder with such tiny tips. Lowes doesn't have the right thing. It fits perfectly and is a lot cheaper than the hardware store that doesn't fit. Appears to be of good quality. I doubt I'll ever have to replace it.

Our old style toilet paper holders are taped to the wall so we needed one that matched this apparently older mount. All the ones I found in stores had a larger end, no taper and they didn't fit. This 2 pack has ends with a small cone taper and fits perfectly. Problem solved. And in these times, it's a little reassuring that I now have a spare for something I never thought would break.

Does not match the image in the product description. Instead of having a narrow end that would fit my 1972 bathroom built-in ceramic toilet paper dispenser, it has flat, wide ends. Spring-loaded ends will not fit standard bathroom roll-on dispensers. I didn't measure, but I think the narrower end is about 3/8" in diameter and the wider end is over 1/2" in diameter.
