I replaced my old Bissell with this one. I hated changing pads when it was damn hot. Difficult to put on and take off. Finally gave up and bought this one and I love it so much! It's hard for those old eyes to see the waterline, so one day I crowded it. However, it still works great and I like not touching dirty pads. Our floors are all ceramic tile and that does such a good job. Very happy with this purchase! Great product Shark!

After reading the description and reviews I thought I had finally found the right steam cleaner. It worked better than my previous Shark. My tile floor is not smooth but slightly contoured. I suspect that's why it didn't do the job I expected, but the description and reviews suggested it would. I even tried a second cleaning but I still had stains that wouldn't come off. I had to get on all fours with a special cleaner to get the job done.

The Shark steam mop arrived today. I was dying to assemble it (easy) and try it out on the kitchen floor. IMPRESSIVE! Following the instructions, it's quite easy to use, excellent cleaning. I did my research on steam mops before buying and I love this mop! It is ideal for parquet and tile floors. You don't have to worry about having a cleaning solution on hand as only water is required and the cleaning pads can be washed instead of having to constantly buy new ones. Many outside reviewers of this steam mop said that steam mops are no better than mop and bucket. That's right. They don't do deep cleaning, but neither does a mop and bucket. I've used it in different rooms all day to really test and feel it. I usually use a Bissell steam mop and am happy with its performance, but decided to try this Shark mop.
