We received this clock to replace the same clock that no longer shows time. On this new one, the numbers are so dark you can't see the watch from any angle other than straight ahead. I would not recommend that.

This alarm clock is easy to use, easy to see when lying down (other clocks are only visible when standing due to the angle of the display). ideal for home use, small enough for travel and does not require charging. I'm sick of all the other techno mumbo-jumbo that's in the air right now!

The only clock I have used for many years. The only reason I had to replace the last one was because my dog destroyed it. I love that the watch face only lights up when you press the light button on top because I don't need a light in my room. It's compact enough for travel and won't take up much space on your bedside table. In the mornings I hide mine in my little drawer for protection from Lily the Destroyer.
