Very light duvet for summer or early autumn. Be careful, the burgundy blanket is not burgundy at all. It's definitely red. The quality of the blanket reminds me of my college dorm set. In other words, it's not the best, but it's at the right price.

received quilt and liked the color and pattern design. The material is soft and pleasant to the touch, but the duvet is thinner and lighter than what it replaced. I didn't use it in the winter, only on a chilly early spring evening. It was warm enough to be useful in cooler weather. I like it enough if it wasn't the warmest I'd just pad it with one of the blankets we have at home. The woman is happy too.

Shatex is a good duvet. Took me a month, still love it! It will stand up to washing if you know how to load your washing machine properly (never wrap blankets around the top of the drum). I use a gentle cycle in cold water, color safe detergent and fabric softener and wash without other clothes or blankets for 10 minutes. It's lightweight, so you don't want anything to snag or create friction impacts. It was a great purchase and good quality if you take care of it properly.
