This is a cheap shaving set. It's decent at best, and the brush is the best item in the set. Can't say the brush is great, but it's soft and does what it's supposed to. The stand is made of very light plastic and while it holds brushes and razors perfectly, there is some weight to add. The bowl is too small. Can you get decent foam with this? Fits a little awkwardly on my Parker DE but still a very good stand, especially at this price point! And aesthetics aside, the included brush itself isn't too bad! Very soft and easy to work with, it foams well. As for the small bowl, I'll probably still use the coffee mug haha, but overall a very good buy, even for a skeptic. We have little precious counter space!

BEST SHAVING MAIL. 1- My trick is to stand in front of the mirror, tilt my head and spray shaving cream on my cheek. I tilt my head just enough to keep the shaving cream from running down my face. The Je&Co Men's Shaving Brush Set is just what I need to complete my shaving kit. The brush is soft but holds a lot of shaving cream. The brush works very well when mixing the Taylor of Old Bond Cedarwood shaving cream in a bowl. The stand holds the bowl, razor and brush and looks great. Using a small amount of water in a bowl, swirling the brush in a tub of Taylor of Old Bond Cedarwood Shaving Cream, and mixing the water and shaving cream in a bowl with the brush will create a lot of lather…

I bought this brush, stand and bowl combo to replace a badger bristle shaving brush that I have used and reuse for many, many years . Unfortunately the old brush was aged and had lost a lot of hair resulting in hair on the razor, my face and the sink. This brush doesn't shed hair, but being synthetic it doesn't absorb water or create a lot of wet lather, making it easy to shave. It does work though, and if you can't afford a GOOD badger brush, this is a reasonable substitute.

I do not recommend buying this set. The tip of the brush is such that it prevents full contact of the brush with the skin. When in use, it appears to be spinning around the crown while the rest of the brush is not in use. Went back to my old brush. The stand does not hold my shaver. Don't use a bowl. The shaving bowl is easier to use. I give 2 stars because I use a stand to hang my old brush.

I bought this because it comes with a brush, bowl and stand. Many kits don't come with all 3. True, this is probably one of the most compact kits that sounds good on the surface. In practice, however, everything is arranged in such a way that each action requires two hands, and to grab the brush you need to put your fingers right next to the razor blade. Such a cute thing. So aesthetic and tiny that everything fits into the shape of a 1/3 cube foot. Your razor, bowl and brush all fit in the perfect minimal space. The brush is very nice, very soft and lathers very well. It tingles a little after a few weeks, but I suppose it depends on how you brush. When brushed on the side it is still very soft.
