The ease of use is great because it's very intuitive for those that are not familiar with APIs in general as well as all its features work right out off box! I have had some issues where my request would get rejected due from being too large but this was resolved quickly by contacting support team who were quick at resolving things (they even fixed me free!). It has been easy using their tutorials which helped us learn how best we can utilize our sheets/spreadsheets data through an api endpoint

The best thing about this is that it's free for small teams (up to 5 people). It has all of the features you need plus more! I dislike having to log in each time. Sometimes if I'm not logged into my account properly, I can't access some functions. I love that it has an easy user interface for creating new sheets/ranges etc., as well as being able to use existing spreadsheets with ease! The documentation is also very good (and available online!). There are some missing features like batching requests in sheets which should be added soon - otherwise this service really does work wonders! It's so simple, yet powerful at doing what we need.
