I have to be fair and revise my review my first review wasn't very good but after careful consideration the headset malfunction was user error. I inserted the batteries incorrectly. It might have been wise to add a better description of how to install the battery, but overall my daughter loves it.

This is a very cute tutu. The tulle is super soft. The elastic waistband is very soft and stretchy. I haven't received the batteries yet to try the light, but I'm very satisfied. The battery is small and hidden under the tulle. It seems that the light is evenly distributed under the tulle. The tutu is beautiful and full, under the tulle there is also a layer of ordinary soft fabric.

I was skeptical at first fearing it wouldn't burn. There were no batteries included so I just bought some 2032 batteries from Walmart and it was so bright and colorful that my 6 year old birthday boy wore it to a JoJo Siwa concert. She heard lots of compliments and had fun, as a birthday girl should. We'll definitely use this on another occasion before she outgrows it.
