The software was not user friendly. There was no technical support. It's definitely not plug and play! I tried to get it working for me but it kept crashing. sent back.

Good 4x6 label maker but setup guide was terrible! Nothing shows up from the download CD, had to search online for drivers and download them from there. Discards the label when it is printed.

I didn't have a DVD drive, but the website provided listed all the drivers ready to use. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to understand. This prints very well but takes time to set up. The instructions could be clearer. Be sure to calibrate it using the diagnostic application on the floppy disk and download the drivers. It will take some fine tuning, but it ends up printing really good labels for the price.

I had some trouble setting it up. But once I've done it, I'm very happy with the printer. Prints great. The price was reasonable compared to other brands. I had no problems with the mail. I use with Etsy and PayPal. I'm really tech savvy when it comes to setup, so not sure what I'm doing wrong, but after uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver, the printer worked fine for me.
