For many years I was not satisfied with other types of corsets, especially with stirrups. I work in law enforcement and I like to keep things clean and tidy throughout the day. I'm tired of constantly tucking in my shirt and fighting with a gun belt. This product was fantastic. The shirt also stayed where it was supposed to when running. It takes a bit of getting used to the proper placement and tightness, but overall everything works as intended. So yesterday I threw away the stirrups forever.

I wear it to work to keep my uniform shirt straight. It does a really good job of what it's supposed to do. As with other reviews, I have noticed that my uniforms are becoming more worn, especially the pants. That being said, I think the professional look helps reflect the cost of wear and tear.

I wear a patrol uniform and bought it instead of the elastic pants I usually wear. Well, that didn't work either. It's basically a large plastic Velcro strip that will definitely wear down your shirt and pants. It grabs your shirt while you pull the band tightly around your waist. The shirt is lumping and doesn't look as clean and smooth as I like. The metal buckle is bulky and will definitely set off a metal detector. So be careful when wearing them in an airport or courthouse as you will look

I really wanted this to work but it didn't work. I'm a woman and it came down to the thinnest part of my waist (which ended up being higher than the top of my skirts). Maybe someone less "hourglass" will have better luck.

I have to say that this product has really helped me. I'm sure, like many others, that I need to buy shirts that are larger in the chest, and I seem to have enough fabric left in the middle to mend the sail on an old sailing ship. I was a shirt lover until I discovered this one. As a cop and inactive Marine, I always pride myself on looking good. Nice shirt belt and better than a regular shirt belt. I gave it 3 stars for the comfort because it really loosens up after a while as the velcro wears out and if you make it too tight it becomes very uncomfortable. However, it serves its purpose.
