The bow is loose but I like the way it looks. The skirt is EXCELLENT! The shirt is quite big. I'm afraid it will grow out of the skirt before the shirt fits. The skirt has good stretch, but if the shirt fits, it may be too short.

The top is a little small my son says his daughter looks like he's wearing a little Amish boy t shirt it's very cheap for him just I don't know I need some cuz it looks boyish but the bottom is super super cute. We're working on doing something with the top to make it look girly instead of so boyish, but they run a little small

Beautiful two-layer skirt! It is very well made and has a matching hair bow that comes with it! The bow is cute but definitely loose and has a few strands sticking out. I just did a backstitch connecting the top corners of the bow to the ribbon and it definitely makes all the difference in keeping it a little quiet and open! This outfit is so cute! I bought this for my daughter who is 10 months old and 1 year old is perfect. Just for reference, it fits Carter's size 9 months perfectly and can fit Carter's size 12 months, it just has a little more room.
