Product came without a box and was unopened. All the Shiseido products I've bought elsewhere have always been sealed, this had to be sealed with foil over the opening. Not only was it unsealed, it appears to have been used before - the container was definitely NOT full. Disappointed but the price was too tempting to refuse. I'll know better next time.

I hope the picture is clear enough to see the packaging, the product came in unsealed packaging with obvious dents on it. The security seal inside was also broken. I won't be surprised if they tell me it was used as a tester.

A little goes a long way! I've only been using it for a month and I can already feel the tension in my skin. I apply it in an upward motion. I love the taste, quality and smell.

This product really improves the skin's appearance (more moisturized and smoother). It also improves throat tone. A little is enough, which is nice. I wish the price was a little lower but this is a very good product.

Unfortunately, I went to the Shiseido website to purchase a second bottle and the product was "sold out". I spoke to a representative and learned that Shiseido has decided to discontinue the product. I am very sad.

Arrived without the original box and was put in a plastic bag instead. The hair seal was there but the bottle didn't feel full.
