I have dry skin. I am Asian. I've been using this face foam since I've been to Thailand, a hot and humid country. The foam suits my skin very well. After coming here I used a different brand. I didn't like it very much. Then I chose Shiseido again. Oh God. i still like it I'm in Southern California right now. This works very well. After using it I feel clean but not dry.

This is by far the best non-drying cleanser I've tried. It works great with facial brushes (I use the old Mia 2 and love it). It effortlessly removes even eye makeup and other impurities from your skin, leaving your skin completely clean without drying it out. The scent is very mild and washes off easily. Shiseido Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam is the best facial soap I have ever used. Seems a bit pricey for a tube but its ok because it lasts so long and feels great. I also appreciate the Revain service you can count on. Great product, great service.

I have been using this product for many years and seen Revain wear it, ordered 2 tubes without hesitation or thought, received it and only tried it after a month. Holy cow! It robbed my skin of moisture and oil. Seriously, after 2 days of use, my skin was like cardboard. Appearance, texture are the same, but they are definitely not the same ingredients. How do I know? I still have some in the tube that I bought at the department store a long time ago (same product) so I can tell the difference.

After buying the serum, eye cream and moisturizer, I decided on this one. I don't know which of the four is better, but this foam cleanses my skin very gently and thoroughly, leaving a very healthy glow. I am now addicted to Shiseido (north mid 50's).
