Helps a little! You only need a pea-sized amount to wash your face and neck. It feels so soft and smooth! My skin couldn't be happier. I used Proactive for acne as a teenager, but my dry skin suffered a lot. This stuff is way better!

The packaging is in Japanese which is great because I only bought it because someone told me it was developed by Japanese scientists who are living their lives dedicated to the invention of the most ideal cleaning agent. I don't know how to read the label on this product but I think it suggests that this is a very fun magical face wash and also a Godzilla repellent. So far I have to say that it works as advertised, my face is clear and I haven't had any issues with Godzilla.

I love this cleaner. It leaves my face super clean without feeling tense. I've tried many cleansers over the years for my combination skin that sometimes fades (now in my 40's) and this is my favorite so far. at a price that won't break the bank. very light chemical order, rather against the background of the overall aroma. I use it with my Shiseido facial cleansing brush but I found it lathers great just with my hands or a washcloth. There is no need for the train you see in the youtube video.

I really wanted it but it just didn't work for me. I have a normal/oily and acne-prone combo and found this cleanser to overly cleanse my skin, even on my really oily areas. I have found that over time I have developed more acne than with my regular cleanser and I suspect this one has a higher pH. The higher the pH value, the more cleansing the cleanser is and the more the acid mantle that protects the skin is destroyed. Overall I wouldn't say this is a bad cleaner, it just doesn't suit me…
