Very disappointed with the sole. The size 3 I ordered has an amazing rubber outsole. I liked them so much I wanted to buy them a size 4 as they almost outgrew a size 3, now the sole is partially suede which will soak up water like crazy. Not sure why they changed it. I will send them back and look for an alternative.

I bought these shoes for my 9 month old daughter and she is still wearing them (3 months later) with no damage to her toes. If you own a crawler, you know that the sock usually wears out immediately, leaving the boot worn/dirty. I would give them 5 stars as I expect the part of the buckle that should stay in the loop doesn't stay in (stays buttoned but sticks out and doesn't lay flat).

My (almost) 11 month old daughter used them for her autumn photos. She wears a baby size 3 or 4 depending on the brand, but I ordered a size 4 for more toe room and room to grow. It's a little big, but not by much. The buckles - the spring-loaded buckles did the job, but it was a little difficult to put on a wobbly baby. Velcro would be a lot easier.
