Great set, my daughter loves it! The zip is a bit tacky and just a zip but nothing we couldn't handle! The bottle doesn't leak!

We've had it for 2 months now and it's already falling apart. My daughter is in 1st grade so she doesn't carry anything around except 1 folder. She has NO books, so there's no reason she should be falling apart just yet! I am really disappointed in the quality of this product. I will buy her another book bag somewhere else!

Cheap quality. I bought this for my granddaughter because she was crazy about shopkins (so far) but on arrival it wasn't as pretty as the pictures but thought we'd give it time. Two months later, a water bottle broke, the handle of a lunch box, and a backpack strap connector snapped on one side. I think that the pencil case is the only thing that has survived to this day.
