In the great wisdom of making cables that last more than 6 months, the manufacturer of these cables made a mistake! These are very durable! They easily outlast cables from other manufacturers! When I received these cables I was very impressed with their appearance. one of my devices to charge them. The supplier was kind enough to offer a $4.00 refund for the defective cable. Before I had a chance to tackle it, the second of the three I received also failed in less than two weeks. The supplier asked me to send him photos showing that he is no longer in business. I have yet to find a way to photograph the cables showing that they are not connected to any of my devices to charge them.

I have given these cables five stars based on the first day of use. They REALLY seem to be made out of a heavier material than the previous ones and unlike most, they come with a guarantee. But the only thing that made me buy them is that they are Apple certified, which most people don't have.
