Good for an AWARE child or for an inexpensive watch, accessory but NOT super durable.

Nephew loved this as a more mature gift albeit inexpensive and important to him as he loves deer hunting. BUT did NOT survive the treatment of his delighted 5 year old sister. I told them not to spend more than $10 on repairs at the jeweler's because they originally cost less than $20. But for an older, more cautious (probably a teenager) child, this will be appreciated.

Great gift at a reasonable price!

Bought as a gift for a young man and he really liked it! For the price it looked very good and felt high quality. We put him to work for a few days to be sure and I don't think he lost a minute. I can highly recommend the product. It looks sturdy, very attractive but within a reasonable budget.

Not bad for the price but had to replace the battery within 3 months

My son loves this pocket watch, she is light, comes with 2 different chains, is used every day and is nicely packed in the box. It was a Christmas present and I've already had to change the battery, so I'm guessing they don't guarantee a new battery with every purchase. . Sometimes the small door has trouble closing too, but otherwise a great little clock for the price.
