Brilliant accessory lens

Sigma does it again with a great lens. Great prices for great glass. In wide angle I get really sharp pictures and of course there is still wide angle distortion, but that can be corrected in numerous photo apps.

Not designed for Sony mirrorless cameras

This is a great lens, but not made for Sony. This is a DSLR lens with a built-in adapter for Sony, which adds weight, makes it unnecessarily large, and most importantly, hurts autofocus speed.

More versatile than my 35mm Rokinon

Compared to my 35mm f1.4 Rokinon, this one is definitely more versatile and therefore more useful. In hindsight, I should have skipped the 35mm Rokinon with this one. Outstanding picture quality. A little heavy, but that doesn't bother me. Holding it with the a7ii definitely reminds me that I'm holding something high quality.

I recently bought this lens to use with my SONY Ξ±7III. There are tons of reviews for this camera/lens combo and when I tried it myself I was 1000% satisfied with the SIGMA 20mm f1.4 Art Lens!
