Description of πŸ’Ύ Silicon Power 1TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280 TLC SSD, with R/W Speeds up to 3,400MB/s and 3,000MB/s (Model SU001TBP34A80M28AB)

Super-fast PCIe Gen3x4 interface for read/write speeds of up to 3,400MB/s/ 3,00MB/s. TBW=1665. The warranty terms on all of its SSDs are based on whether the warranty length or TBW limit occurs first. To support a Silicon Power PCIe SSD, the system must have an M. 2 connector with only an M key. The Silicon Power PCIe SSD does not have a b notch and therefore, the b key on the SSD connector will prevent it from being inserted. The custom screw should come with the motherboard or PC. Please acquire the screw from your motherboard or PC Manufacturer, if needed.

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

Has pros: A good disk, small, fast, the declared speeds are there, everything is ok. Has cons: The seller of categorically does not want to accept payment by card, after a long persuasion, they still agree if they insist.

Amazing R/W sequence but random 4k only works on average

Amazing seq R/W but random 4k only works on average. Installed in a PCIe adapter (Sintech). The price of this NVME from SP is the cheapest among all other brands that can go over 3000MB/s. I think people classify those >3000MB/s as high end NVME like 970, BPX, SX8200, S70, SN750, 760P etc. while those running 2000MB/s as junior NVME like P1, EX900 and so on. Don't get me wrong, all of these higher/lower NVMEs are on my Revain wish list. I read all the reviews to compare. By the way, I…

I believe in Silicon Power, sorry Samsung

It's too early to talk about durability, but it works fine on a clean install of Dell XPS 15 i7-9570. Upgrade to Toshiba 500GB m.2 as I needed more space and this SSD drive is reasonably priced and the speed is within Silicon Power's advertised specs. I would buy a Samsung Evo, but I just couldn't pay like $240 for it. This SP 1TB m.2 nvme comes with a warranty of only $119 + 5 years and Silicon Power (SP) has been around for a long time, although this is my first time buying this brand. I hope
