Finally something that works great

I make balms and need a silicone coaster for a glass in a pot so it doesn't touch the metal. I bought a few and the bubbles lifted the racks and my balms fell over and spilled. This stand is well designed. Bubbles can escape through the strips and the base is very strong but has indentations and my glasses don't move even a bit. It is also high enough to allow the balms to be heated very evenly. I think for other uses, for cooking, it's great too. I love this stand!

My smoke alarm doesn't like the silicone cooking grate.

When I first used the silicone cooking grate, it worked on my smoke alarm. I had it in a countertop oven at 425 degrees. for 9 minutes. My smoke alarm starts working after 7 minutes. I'll try to move the oven away from the detector and set the silicon grid to 350 gr. Oven for 10-15 minutes to age a little. Addition to my comment above. I moved my tabletop oven and baked the silicone rack at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (2 cycles). I also didn't use the convection (fan) setting in my oven when Iโ€ฆ

Works better than a metal fry stand. Feel good with high blood pressure

My husband lost the round metal base that I use in my Instant Pot IP Lux 6 qt. This is an important feature of the multicooker that I use a lot! I found this item - a silicone roasting grid that replaces a small metal grid - to be perfect! It came in 2 days - I used potatoes (peeled) for cooking. I use a baking rack so they don't sink to the bottom. I submerged in water for 8 minutes and pressure cooked potatoes - the silicone stand did not change. My potatoes were perfect. I threw the silicone
