I thought it would be great to use under a mask to breathe better. But there is no way to attach it to the mask (despite what you can see in the pictures). So it lands on your face with a mask over it. I found it easier to breathe with it, but uncomfortable because it puts pressure on my face (which also leaves marks on my face). Also, when I take off the mask, I have to detach this frame separately and store it somewhere. Generally nobody in my family uses it after the first try.

When I read about silicone I thought it was soft and malleable. It is neither one nor the other. They're pretty tough and stiff. They are plastic and not at all what I take for soft silicone. I've tried one and it works well, but when I wear it I realize it's there. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing a mask, but with this thing I don't forget. Yes, you can breathe a little, but the goggles still fog up (maybe not as much). Maybe someone has better luck with it. I suppose if you had a big nose it…

The insert fits. This gave you room to keep the mask from touching your nose. With my reusable fabric mask, the edges have worn away the mask material. Lens fogging was also noticeable, albeit to a lesser extent. Note: I had some kind of allergic skin contact reaction. I don't know what happened as I'm not allergic to latex but the red allergic reaction was where my skin was in contact with the mask for over an hour.
