Description says 'Queen/Standard' so you would expect them to fit a queen pillow right? NOT CORRECT! Nice gray color but not suitable for queen pillows. I doubt they will fit comfortably in a standard quality pillow. It's a shame because the colors are beautiful. In addition, the open edge is only nailed on, not even sewn.

I use this pillowcase every night! This is great for reducing frizz on curly people. The first night I slept on this pillowcase (compared to a cotton one) I felt very strange on my face. It took me a few nights to get used to it, but now I prefer it to cotton. And I've heard that sleeping on satin sheets is good for preventing wrinkles, so it's a win-win! The material has a silky feel, but I've noticed that after a few months of use, I see lines where the fabric can stretch. It's not a big deal

I bought these for a family member who is going through chemotherapy and she loves them! They dissipate heat excellently and are comfortable on the skin. Both of the problems she was having were affecting her sleep. I have also used these on my hair, they work great to reduce tangles. There's not much to explain by telling someone it's a cut above a regular cotton pillowcase. If you want to sleep better at night, buy a set. Only downside would be if you lend one to a friend on a 24 hour trip…
