It was easy to assemble and works well for elevating the monitor and for extra storage. I bought 2 each one was missing the rubber foot but luckily I found them in 2 plastic bags before I threw them away. An extra foot would be welcome with an extra screw or all 8 rubber feet with screws. Also, one block had a slightly curved upper part - it's okay, it doesn't affect performance. I just wish they could just make the two side pockets deeper to hold pens upright better and hold tall notepads…

Disappointed - Received as a birthday present. Unfortunately, no configuration was possible until today. When I opened the box to assemble, I found that both units had bent rails. I have repackaged with the intention of returning a replacement and found that I missed the 5 day item return window. In these circumstances it would be great to receive an exchange as the product was damaged when it came out of the box. There was no evidence the box was damaged so I believe it wasn't a shipping issue

I needed something to organize my office space for office supplies. It came with a drawer and a couple of small baskets on the side, which is what sparked my interest the most. Pros: I was able to comfortably mount my 24 inch monitor on it with no wobble. The legs don't slip when I use the drawer. Easy. Easy to assemble, only needs a Phillips screwdriver.
