It fits perfectly, the stone is very very pale.

The ring looks just like the photo except for the stone. The stone is very very pale in color and not at all like the one in the picture. It's almost clear.

Pros
  • A good ring but looks much nicer in the promotional photo, the stone on the ring has a small chip.
Cons
  • Difficult to Maintain: The black star sapphire in this ring is quite delicate and prone to scratches, making care and maintenance a tedious task.

not as advertised - my new review

These are not rays of a black star sapphire (6) in a star. cheap stone. these are the dioptase(4) rays of a black star. I kept the ring because I didn't have dioptase. don't think we don't know our stones

Poor quality in my rating

Beautiful ring but the stone fell out on the third day of wearing. Luckily I found the stone and was able to return it. However, I do commend the company for the hassle-free returns.

The stone is the wrong color. to my rating.

I ordered a blue sapphire ring. The stone was BLACK. There isn't a hint of blue in it. The stone wasn't set well either. The facets were straight, not curved across the stone. I believe this will cause the stone to fall out over time.

  • The design of the ring is not universal as it may not match other accessories or styles of clothing, limiting its use and potentially reducing its value.

Correct picture so no star sapphire in the center otherwise I wouldn't have bought two stars

Very dissatisfied with the ring when I had to gift it to my husband. When advertised on ebay the star was clearly visible on the sapphire. At reception there was no star to be seen, not even a shadow. Disappointing.
