It works fine when I'm wearing my hearing aid, but when.

I am hard of hearing and wear a hearing aid. It works fine when I'm wearing my hearing aids but when I go to bed I take them out then I can't hear them so they don't fit me.

Good but could be better

Comes ready to use. Instructions were not necessary. The only downside is the flow design. I have two call buttons of mine and one has already broken where it is connected to the cable. Otherwise it's great and I sleep well.

Great for assisted living

Very nice. It takes a little bit of playing with before you can get it working! Need simpler instructions with step-by-step pictures. My 88 year old father carries a trailer and feels safer because we can help him in an emergency. I wish they had developed a system that calls my cell phone!

They were lifeguards!

We bought these for my mum when she was having trouble getting in and out of bed. The receiver was placed at the other end of her double-wide trailer and sent a very clear signal whenever she pressed a button for help. It was loud enough to be heard at night. Definitely worth your money!

Lifesaver for office electronics

It saved a life. My son-in-law is disabled and in poor health. We live about 300 meters away. It was funny because his dog jumped on him and pressed the button more times than ever before. This morning the alarm goes off at around 2am and we find him shaking in bed. Called 911. He survived the night because we heard the alarm.

He showed excellent reliability! . gives you peace of mind for effective anxiety!

The device works as described. Amazing response with "strong audible alarm" even when the alarm has to go to another room separated by cement block walls. I had two heaters, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. I checked the alarm function monthly and trained with my wife. Full recommendation!

No instructions! on Phones & Accessories

I haven't even tried to get this thing to work because I have to find out for myself! There is no printed manual. The "Welcome Letter" takes you to a YouTube video for instructions, but the gear in the video is completely different from the gear you purchased. Not to mention that the person speaking in the video has such a heavy accent that subtitles were needed to understand them. I will definitely return it if I don't understand how to use it.
