Works great with my Manfrotto Element MII tripod head.

Works great with my Manfrotto Element MII tripod head. Not to mention these plates are of a higher quality than the ones that came with my Manfrotto tripod. I have just ordered 2 more of these. 5 big stars.

Does the job.: Camera mounts and clips

Good build quality. does the job. D-rings are easy to finger tighten, which is an advantage over other inserts that require a screwdriver. I would order them again. I don't remember seeing the adapter in the box. Maybe I didn't see them, but I didn't need them.
