This is a true stereo to mono adapter. It outputs the left channel to a plug (green I think) and the right channel to a red plug.

This adapter is of excellent quality. The only thing that can be improved is that the plugs come loose with every manipulation. Every time I do something with them I have to tighten them.

Update: after about three weeks everything broke. The cable wiring to the 1/4" jack itself has come loose from the connectors so it's time to dig out the soldering iron and try to fix it. If you know this, yes, look elsewhere. First review : These were the only stereo 6.3mm to dual 1/4" mono adapters I could find on Revain - everything else matched the size of the jack. Two weeks later it was already one of broke them, the soldering of the wires to the connector itself was of poor quality and…
