This product is great! Really helped with my anxiety and got a good nights sleep. They recommend 10% of your body weight, which would be 20 pounds for me, but I found 15 pounds perfectly acceptable. But I want to contact the customer service of this company. I find it better than the product! I had a problem with an item I ordered and they promptly answered my questions and solved the problem. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

At first I bought this blanket for myself but found it too heavy. My seventeen year old son loves it! He insists on using it every night; He says it keeps him from riding all night and the weight is perfect. He weighs 150 and has an athletic build - if that helps. He and I really recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to keep warm but needs a little help avoiding anxiety including RLS. The fabric is smooth but the blanket is not very slippery. I'm going to buy a lighter!

I bought a weighted blanket and then I realized I can't throw it in the washing machine. I literally have nowhere to throw it, really.
