I have read all the reviews and they have been overwhelmingly positive. Add another positive review! I wired it myself in two hours. This includes proper installation, running all cables under the carpet, etc. The bass is deep and clean! Obviously it doesn't hit the lowest frequencies but I can say it hits hard! I didn't think it was "just" an 8" subwoofer! Worth buying every day!

Great subwoofer for the money, this is my first time buying a system for my car (2016 Honda Civic) and Skar Audio made it easy for me to with full setup, everything I need I only had to buy a line out converter as I use a standard head unit. Also, it's very important that the difference between when you don't set it up and when you do is pretty clear cut, so by all means do it! Otherwise I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.
